Description of Submission:
"Two brides share their first kiss as beloved wives. This piece was for an assignment for my high school art class. We had to take a quote and either show a reaction or a solution to it and somehow incorporate puzzle pieces to show how each of us plays a part in solving the issues of today. I chose a quote by Paul Cameron, "Homosexual unions are not based around lifetime commitments. " As you can see, I showed how wrong he was. The rainbow puzzle pieces around the border show how each of us, whether gay, bi, straight, questioning, etc., can join together to end homophobia." - Lauren
Biography: Laura will be attending University of Pennyslvania. She is looking to major in Spanish to be an interpretor. In her spare time, she likes to do various drawings.
